We went to Ruby Blue this weekend for a friends 30th Birthday and also to watch the rugby. What a great atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. We booked a booth for £25 which included two platters of nibbles which was excellent value for money. There was a couple of occasions where people would try and move in on the area but the staff dealt with them politely. Would definitley go there again!

Ruby Blue what a night to remember. I had a great time there the club has 2 floors & the restaurant. 1st floor was house & funky house great 2 bars near the dance floor and easy access to the toilets. The staff was great polite & were makin sure my night went superbely. 2nd floor was playin r&b and a little bashment, hip-hop & old skool great the place was buzzing the balcony helped as well which was open until 1 it was great. I had a great night out & i'm a regular there now the bouncers were great as well & not too much croud trouble. I would recomend it to any1 that want a gud nite out & stress free.

I found this place to be great. Great decor the lighting to me was perfect the sound was good and the bar staff super friendly. The drinks were a reasonably priced aswell. The night I went was a sunday and the place had more girls than guys which suited us just aswell. Overall a cool night out I would definitely recomend it.

Hi all - went to Ruby Blue last night for my friend's 18th...luckily the group of abusive chavs in front of us in the queue weren't let in (one of them had pissed herself...wet jeans..not nice) - girls on a saturday night £6 entry with a flyer..guys £8. - two rooms i think (i just stayed in the r'n'b room) nice to see a club which has the confidence to serve drinks in real glasses..music ok, no-one really dancing in the dance room, more like a sit down place with cocktails, r'n'b room wasn't live, but still a good night out for a cheap price.

If you're planning a special night out then I wouldn't advise this place! It seems the manager is clueless and is full of empty promises. My big night was ruined even though it was planned in advance. I even emailed the club manager but guess what? No reply.
