After an absence nearly two decades, Londoners will now be able to experience the look and feel of the famous clubs, that hosted the likes of Boy George, George Michael and Madonna.
Studio Valbonne have opted to create an environment that has a strong personality, ambience and warmth rather than an ultra modern look.

Ok, so ive heard about this studio valbonne for quiet a while, and end up spending my saturday night there. Ok it fun, music is ok, drinks flowing everyone appeared to be having a great time. Im mid twenties, so i know the kind of nightclubs i want to spend my time. They claim this nightclub is one of the most exclusive, exclusive for whom exactly?? So long as you have money in your pocket then yeah, whether its hard earned cash, drug money, daddys credit card.....not actually professional adults from exclusive backgrounds. All i saw was a 80% of the clientele were college aged kids....(no disrespect i have been to college myself). Tit and ass on show, it was something hugh hefner would have been proud of but wannabe wags, and pimps isn't my ideal way of spending my saturday evening. Like i said professional adults is more my thing. If your into hugh heftner type parties you'll have a great time. Otherwise id advise you to spend you £20 elsewhere, not a fake playground. wont be going back

Me and my firends went to Studio on Saturday for a birthday and we had a brilliant night, we had no trouble getting in the club and the staff were polite enough. The club decor was amazing and the atmosphere was even better, it was not pretentious like some clubs you get in london, everyone was just there to have a good time. If you had a table, when we ordered Champagne they stopped the music and played the star wars theme tune, was so funny albeit a bit embarrasing! All in all the night was wicked , would defo go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a really good night out in town!

Reading other comments, it seems like Studio Valbonne has a reputation for promising guest lists and disappointing guests when they turn up. We were celebrating two birthdays last night, both girls were bitterly disappointed and upset at the end when the bouncers who didn't even know their knees from their elbows weren't helpful at all and we were made to stand outside for an hour trying to get a simple answer out them. "How can you say that our group is too large when we have a guestlist? Surely you had prior warning and enough time to get things sorted out?" After talking to quite a few people who have been to this club before, I can safely say that it is run by foolish people who promise everything but deliver nothing.

V. disappointing - queued up for about 20mins, 5 girls, well dressed, late 20s, confirmed on guest list. One problem. We were Asian. Obviously this means we were not good enough and we got to the door to be greeted with a self-satisfied smirk from the doorgirl (I hesitate to call her a hostess, as they in my opinion they normally have some semblance of manners) and to be told that we had been refused entry on the "Managers Discretion". So. I suggest, as I will, that you take your money to places where you are not judged on the colour of your skin!!!!

It was a friend’s birthday so we submitted a Guest list to Studio Valbonne requesting conformation so there was no problems getting in. We waited twenty minutes in the queue to be greeted by a rude door lady that thought she was the cat’s dinner! We gave her our names and she briefly skimmed the clip board she had in her hand and said we were not on it! I pulled out the conformation I had received from the clubs promotions Manager. A door man can over and said “I would say NO to that list..." I asked why as it was already confirmed? The door lady then said "Even though your names have been confirmed they have not been added to the list so you can not come in" and asked us to step put of the queue. I had heard in the past if you are a predominate group of Black or Asian they do not let you in even if you have conformation but I did not believe racism would occur in a club in the heart of central London. It was not like we were dressed like riff raff, we were all in dresses and most of us girls. That night most people that were turned away from the queue were black and Asian. If you are Black or Asian expect disappointment.......take £20 and go somewhere else remember I told you…..

I went on Tuesday to Studio Valbonne for an event held exclusively for Cypriot university societies. I cannot comment about the club's music because for the purpose of the event we had our own DJ's playing. About the club itself, the decoration and space is very nice, but the ventilation system was poor, reminding temperatures from Summer in Meditterenean countries. Whatismore whisky and generally drinks apart from wine were served in plastic glasses unless you had a table reservation. This was totally unaccepted. Also the ''house'' white wine which had a relatively cheap price of £21, was really bad.

After booking our table at Studio Valbonne, 6 of us made our way to the club looking forward to an evening of good music, friendly people etc. What un assumption! On arrival what I was told was a queue looked more like a car boot sale. People everywhere! After twenty minutes of queuing with a very mixed crowd we were allocated a table and had to queue once again on the stair case. After an hour wasted I hoped service inside would improve. How wrong I was. We were told to pay an extra £20 a head on top of the tables minimum spend. One of our friends decided to leave, tired after still not being seated. A minute hadn’t passed and he had his hands behind his back like a criminal and was chucked down the stairs in an unnecessary gross manner. We will never be back again!

London is now saturated with expensive clubs that promote themselves as being an exclusive venue, playing the best music and attracting the most beautiful of crowds. Studio Valbonne personifies how very few live up to such hype. The door staff were incompetent, the receptionist rude and the security a stereotype of muscles with no brains. The people in the club were hideous and the music some of the worst I have heard for some time. Having reserved a table, there was no record of our booking. To top things off we were charged an entrance fee in addition to the minimum spend on the table. If you have any taste you will avoid Studio Valbonne. In its current condition I would be shocked to see it survive one year.

Apart from being very expensive i had a good night. I was a bit shocked when my mates and i bought a table for £500 and all we got was a bottle of JD a bottle of Vodka bottle of coke and a bottle of lemonade and a refill was an extra £10. I've been clubs like Revolution and paid the same amount for a much better deal. But i supoose thats west end for you. Other then that it was o.k

What a disappointment. Having pre-organised guest list for 20 of us at an agreed entrance of £15, they then tried to charge £20 when we arrived. Once inside the club was pretty empty, despite it being a Saturday night. Drinks were pretty pricey (Movida and Chinawhite are cheaper), but the house rose was tasty at £4.50 a glass. A lot of money has obviously been invested into the decor, and the music was fantastic. However, it was full of your normal WAG wannabees, including 3 girls dressed in pink bikinis and tutus. One was later carried out by security having overdosed on heroin. Need I say more?

Music was good, it would have been great if we had rnb all night....if you want an expensive night you are in the right place! The drink prices were appalling! We had a meal and it took approx 15 members of staff to serve a party of 16! Staff were friendly, but was very dissapointed with the service and the overall mood of the club. Was more of a place for the 21's and under!

It wasn't that busy, but it probably had to do with the fact that it just opened. The music was great, a mix between dance and R & B ( which is always good ). Will defenitely go back to this club in the near future.
