It's nothing special - it failed to impress - average music, uninteresting people from the West End trying to do East End cool. However the interior is quite unusual but the novelty quickly wears off. I won't be going back there anytime soon - the East End is far better.

I cannot beleive that Lily above has left this message about Lot 55. Working in showbiz for the last ten years and attending so many parties, clubs, etc, this place is a breath of fresh air, it is not trying to be like the pretentious Exclusive clubs in the West End, its trying to be the opposite, to provide clientelle with a new atmosphere which is about partying and enjoying yourself with your friends, and its not about , I have a had a fantastic time here with my friends, I am fed up with the Exclusive nonsense in London, which is all about table and shallow rich people wanted to have their 15mins of fame, it provides total segregation in the club, and its does not create unity of everyone together haveing a good time. And all clubs look the same, Lot 55 is unique in its design, a film set of a London street in a club, which makes you feel you are partying in the street, other clubs should follow suit, and try to do something more creative, and not just the same old lighting, chairs, Lily your obiosuly used to the West End vibe. Peace

Not what I was expecting: disappointing and pretentious. A crew of us went to the Opening last night and although it has good ideas for decor etc, nothing works. Better to go to the actual E. London clubs this is aspiring to be. For more fun, better music, a little edge and an un-commercial night out, walk past this place and keep heading East...... Three weeks until it's filled with the Bridge & Tunnel crowds.
