It's good mainly as an after hours club. Not sure about it before. I prefer to go to Cuckoo or Volstead first and then continue to Hedges and Butler until 6am or later!

Worth taking a look in at this place if only for the design. It used to be the hottest club in London during the summer and just after but now it's frequented by people with more attitude than style and it's lost its individuality. The music could also be more varied - as a former regular I remember the same tunes being played each week. Girls - watch out for the sleazy mafiosi-stlyed owner - don't let him give your a drink or invite you into to his office!

4 pounds for a bottle of beer or a small glass of wine - what more can be said! Although great little dens to hide in and a fabulous amount of old books, sneeze away x

There is a wonderful yet unusual set of figurative paintings by an artist called Janet Moses. If you ever pop in have a look at it, it is well worth. Very talented artist if I may say so myself. It's a shame cause I would have loved to meet the artist.

When you walk in, you just feel like you are back in the history! The place is very cool, different and unique venue for partying! The only problem is the air -con, it gets too too hot and stuffy, sort it out guys.
