i went to london to salon international and after it we had been all hyped up for an amazing night at funky buddha i was impressed by the bar staff, they were really nice, the decore, the music was amazing, but i would say thats it really we had bopoked a table so we had to spend five nundred pound or more, which could have been done in about two hours as it was about ninety pound a round, then we had a service charge at the bar for every round had to pay for a waitress which we didnt want who coulod nt understand us and was wearing hardly any clothes the management werent very pleasant either as the looked totally pissed off as we asked if we coulod move from the table and by our own drinks, obviously would lose out money. although te music was great to dance to and you could get a small glass of wine for a reasonable price if you didnt have a table, we left after about an hour because our mood had been ruined after the commotion at the start of the night.

funky buddha was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!!! I went there with a group of friends to celebrate the end of A Levels and it was the best club ever! so much better than trashy 'rave' places like Fabric. The staff were really, really nice and cz my mates and I are quite cheap students we went for tap-water which they didn't mind at all (unlike Dolce, where they couldn't even speak english). I also LOVED all the mirrors before you go down, clever thinking for all us girls who like to look good! Loved it so much am going there again next friday!

Had a fantastic night Bank holiday Sunday, the venue and music was excellent. The downside is that majority of the door staff are extremely rude with lots of attitude, even had a run in with the barman and wasnt allowed out til 1am for a cigarette. Be warned its free for ladies b4 11pm but the door staff will still try and charge you if you dont know ur stuff!

What a fantastic night!!... I came to Funky Buddhas with high expectations of a great night and i wasnt dissapointed, Infact my expectations were exceeded! Half way through the night The manager approached us and said that me and my friends had been invited to join two guys in the vip area, The two guys were really nice and bought us crystal champagne all night!. The music was amazing and nothing short of funky!, the staff were so friendly and i was given a card at the end of the night by the manager who said if i was to ever come again to call him and he would help us out. I had one of the best nights of my life. I'd recommend this club to anyone.

What a few fantastic nights I have had and will continue to have. I am a regular on a tuesday night! I was disgusted to read such negative comments by a few sour individuals! Those bitter comments were obviously wrote by the low class people who would rather watch a game of rugby in the pub! However funky Buddha is undoubtably the best club I have been to! I am a regular clubber and know what is good! The music is wicked, the staff are pleasant and the atmosphere is phenomenal. So all you anti clubbers stick to going to watford may high class environments like Buddha are not for you! And try putting your money in your wallet if you want to sit at a table. These things cost money and clearly a night it the local pub is more your scene!

Me and my brother went to funky buddha on fri 22nd feb as we fancied a night out in the town. we were a bit optimistic about funky buddha because of other reviews that had been posted but decided to give it a go anyway. we arrived at the que and only waited for about 20mins to go in which was a good start! bouncers were very friendly (not sure why people make such a fuss about them...). paid the £20 to get in as expected for a top london club and decided to hit the bar. a friend of mine who is a promoter for FB was in there and she was able to hook me and my brother up with a table and a few drinks. overall the majority of the women absolutely stunning.great music and a fantastic night.

Entry was supposedly Free before 11.30pm so it was disappointing to join the queue at 10.30pm and to be let in at just after 11.35pm and to have to pay the £20 entrance fee 'for getting there late'! Methinks this was not a coincidence as the queue hardly moved during the hour we stood in it so that was our introduction to this downmarket club! Drinks were extortionate at over £10 for each and to add insult to injury we were told in an extremely rude way to move from the table we were drinking at 'immediately' so someone else could use it! This place is absolutely disgusting in the way it treats its clients and we and our group of friends will not be returning. Quite honestly, a night out in Watford would have been more exciting than this place! I hope the owners read the reviews Funky Buddha gets. The staff were rude and affected...what a joke this place is. I would not recommend it to anyone unless they like getting ripped off to the hilt and being treated like ****!This place has got it so wrong and will surely go bust if they continue their rip off antics! Went to Funky Buddha on Saturday. Had an absolutely fantastic night. Drinks was quite expensive but it didn't bother us at all. The bar staff were exceptional and the service from Anna was superb. The variety of music was just what we were looking for on our trip to Funky Buddha, excellent. We spent most of the evening in VIP and the people were so friendly unlike the other clubs we have visited in London. We are going to make Funky Buddha a regular visit now as we try and get to London once a month!! 10/10!!!!!

Went to Funky Buddha on Saturday. Had an excellent night. Drink was VERY expensive-that being the only downfall. The staff were really friendly and up for a laugh. Service was good too. Excellent music played. It is a small place but at least you get to see everything and everyone-you have a good view of the VIP section. Only celeb in there was Helen from Big Brother. Shes not really a celeb but it will do! Dissapointing on that front but overall, excellent! Already planning my next visit!

We had a guestlist booked for a saturday night, when we got there we were told there was a "no vest" policy, so as one of our party was wearing a vest we were not allowed entry (although we had called and asked about dress code and were not told about this). We went to 10 Rooms instead, it was really good!

Funky Buddha is not a classy fancy club anymore. It is nothing in comparisson with Tantra and china white. The atmosphere is just ok. The crowd could be better. there are some nice good looking people, but not tha much. I would not advice this club for those people who are able to pay 500 for a table. Go tantra, it is the best. Gorgeous people, friendly staff, delicious drinks.

The atmosphere is very flambouant. The best night to go has to be wednesday-just the right sort of crowd and not as busy on saturdays. Like the venue itself but i dont think it is worth all the hype and prices. Might re-visit but there were one too many victoria beckham clones only present to be bought drinks by men. so great if your a gorgeous woman. The only celebs i've seen are page three models and division 3 footballers-not the madonna etc clan i was hoping for.

Went there a while back and was totally disapointed. Had a mildly amusiong night but its not even very nice in there. We had table booked up and they still made us queue, then charged us £15 to get in, which is pretty tight when you're spending £250 on drinks just to have the table. Absolute Chav wannabe hang out.

This place is sooooo overated. The DJ played some song 3 times the whole time I was there (and I left before 3am). People only think it's good because that's where the celebs go. Music was sub-standard (too many commercial tunes) and the DJ didn't even play my requested song even though we asked him 3 times.
