I dont really understand why there are so many bad comments on this club. Went there yesterday, it was amazing. The bouncers were nice, the VIP area was excellent, the stuff was also very friendly. The only bad thing there were many trashy looking girls in the VIP but still me and my friends enjoyed the night!!!

I went there for the new years eve, probably the best night out Ive had in London. Filled with friendly, lively people. The selection of music was amazing and I will definitely be going back for more. Mind you, the prices of drinks aren't that cheap. However the mix of people, music and the venue certainly made up for the price of the drinks. A top night out! Great service and friendly staff.

I must say wasn't sure I'd enjoy embassy, I am what you might call an "industry head".
The Music was excellent, of all the venues I've been to around the world not many sets come close to this. I am not a fan of pop/dance music whatsoever but the mixing or Hip-Hop/club beats with today's pop songs was very very good.
Drinks where extortionate, a JD coke + a Vodka Lemonade was 19!!!!!
Good mix of patrons, a few older people, "blondes", urbanites etc.
All in all a good night out.

I went to Embassy on 17/12/05, I think the Embassy is a classy club, with a great atmosphere and with the best mix of R n B.
What can I say
10/10 for restaurant (the food was excellent “you have to try the deserts”)
10/10 for music.
10/10 for VIP lounge.
10/10 on their list of champagne!!!!! What more could a girl ask for!!!

On your first visit to Embassy u'll think 'great atmosphere! great crowds! great RnB music'... Ofcourse i still do think its great but having been there so many times, Im getting bored of it at some point. But do check dis place out! Friday and Saturday nights are the best! Is pretty empty on wednesday's and only left with hungry guys. So I recommend Embassy only for weekends!!

All in all a good night although way too many girls! Infact, it was hard to find more than 10 guys in the place at the start of the night! Maybe the bouncers are being too fussy on the male front? Single girlies like to see single boys on some of their nights out! :-) Nice bar upstairs though... great to be in a place where the whole place doesn't cheer in chorus when a barman smashes a glass!!

it was my brothers birthday on friday night and 14 of us booked with the embassy club to go for a night out. We had been in contact with club representitives throughout the whole week we had a minimum spend put on our table before we went which was high but we were prepared to pay it for a good night out. we arrived at the club in a limo all with suits on looking the part and the bouncers wouldnt let us in saying we were not on the guest list even though we had written documentation saying we were but they were just not interested. This meant we had to hunt for a place in london who would let 14 guys in which was very hard work. We were therefore not inpressed with the club who treated us like dogs looking down their noses at us.

4th July 2005 - SEB collective - It is so great to see diverse live music from soul to rock/pop at such an excellent venue. This really does bring something different to Mayfair and the standard of musicianship so high - you get the best of both worlds - live artists and then the chance to dance the night away. I will definately be there for the 1st August show.

Monday the 4th of July at The Embassy. Went with my girlfriend and friend. The night was truely amazing. The live music starting up with John Landau, Tim Ellis and a few legendary cover songs made me feal at home. Followed by Dynah and Annalie gave me a feeling of intimacy and smile on my face, as some of the lyrics where cracking ! Andrew Morris gave the evening something fresh and heartfelt and with the amazing song "not alone", he moved the crowd closer to eachother if possible at that point. Kocoa Fusionaries was like steppeing on a legendary soul Train with James Brown at the wheel, I couldn't stand still. One of the best nights I've had for a long time, with music that seemed to cover everyones taste and appetite. Cheers for a great night out !!!!

Was on the guest list for 6th June - the live acts (JNay, Dinah, Kim, Kocoa Brown)were excellent but the lighting was poor as you couldn't see the performers properly. The staff didn't seem to know how to change the lighting - it didn't detract from the quality of the musicians but it will need to be sorted out if there is a plan to have more live acts in the future

Friend of mine put me on a guest list for a Monday night 6th June. Monday at the Embassy? they said it would start about 9pm with live then Djs after 10.30pm. Well live it was JNay who I believe won the Mobos insigned a couple of years ago was there. Also various artists of differnt styles I think they call it genres and a WICKED band called Kocoa. Forget the late night house bands and the back and forth open mic throughout the evening..this is what I am talking about.original stuff. I came there to at 8.30 expected to leave a about 10..stayed late for the live and the DJ set..well late for work the next day. They said its once a month so I will be back there next month..Thanks grateful from Chiswick

I went there for my 21st birthday last year and I can honestly say that it was the best night of my life. The atmosphere was booming, beautiful people everywhere, and the music was the perfect mix of up to date RnB and old school classics. Upstairs was the V.I.P section and we managed to blag a table, the waitress came over to our table with the drinks at the click of a finger! ( mind you, the prices of drinks aren't that cheap). However the mix of people, music and the venue certainly made up for the price of the drinks. A top night out!

you want to get close and gritty, this is the club for u. The poeple are all about glam glam, with girls in stylish trends and boys.........well, I suppose they can do with a bit of a hand. The venu is quite small but the music and jammed dancefloor will get you in the right raving mood. Drinks are expensive, paying £5.80 for a vodka and orange. There are a range of hotties to suite a fare range of appetite, but the usually dance all over you then move onto the nx. No place to find love, but a great place to have loadsa girly fun!!!!
