I'm a girl in her early 20s and I decided last minute to come here to celebrate my friends birthday. I heard that it was a pretentious club which is what I expected because it's been hailed an "exclusive members" club, which isn't really, anybody can get in. The cocktails were amazing and the bar staff were lovely. All of them were men which was a bonus, a few of them were quite cute and probably our age! There was a mix of ethnicities, but I have to admit that a majority of the crowd were mainly rich men. It was a beautiful place but nothing special. I was most impressed with the cocktails. I would like to comment the lady at the front with the guestlist looked very old. They might want to replace her with a fresher person. Other than that, it was a great night, but think I'll leave it to one visit, definitely best for a more mature person!

I must say, i along with many of my friends had an excellent time in Crystal and got treated very well and look after d. However, i must agree, the service was slightly slow and it took several minutes before we got our drinks brought to our table. I also found, the security were rather rude to other party goers and behaved as though they owned the club! Nevertheless, the place was full of happy and energetic party goers, who were there to have a good time. The decor was everything you could expect from one of the exclusive clubs in London.

Why is this place getting such rave reviews. Waiting for half an hour is a disgrace, let alone the service once your in. The first time I went was disappointing. Firstly the bouncers refused my male friend entry because in my party there wasone more male to females. Luckily a well known member arrived who happened to be a friend of mine too! Suddenly the bouncers cordially forgot what they had said previously when questioned and allowed my friend to join us. Unfortunately it got worse from there on; the bar staff took 45 mins to serve us and then over charged us by £65.00. When I did the Maths I was told I was incorrect and my money would not be refunded or kept in lieu of second round of drinks & if I didn't stop I would be forced to leave. It took my member friend to happily set them straight & to have my money set aside for more drinks. After this, I said I would never go again, however I was convinced second time lucky. This time was worse, after paying the normal price for a table for 6 of us, I was told after twenty mins I would have to get up as a higher paying client had arrived. So again I demanded either a new table or my money back. This time I had no member friend to help me out, and ohhh didn't it show! I was this time taken aside by a handsome promoter explaining I was creating a fuss and would not be allowed in again. I wasn't worried about the threat infact I feel quite fortunate to have had this proposition made, however I wasn't going without signs of my money back. (I thought I had been already charged) After an hour of speaking to various people I was told out of goodwill they wouldn't take a payment from my card. Luckily no payment was taken for the table my friends and I never sat at; and I have promised I will never set into Crystal again.

had an amazing night, everyone was lovely except for the corrupt doormen who made me and my girlfriends wait for half an hour while they were taking bribes from people dressed like shit, other than that it was fantastic, loved the bartenders they'r amazing to watch, the music was amazing and the place just looked sooo sexy, defiinately one of the best clubs in london

I REALLY Love this club. Everytime I have been the staff have been great. Great Music, and not as Pretentious as other west end night club. Everyone there is there to have fun, and not flash around there cash!!! Great Club!!!

Full of pretentious, rude and arrogant people, they looked good, but at the end of the day lycra is still lycra no matter how much you pay for it. The DJ was terrible, played mainstream chart music badly mixed, he played some pumping beats then dropped you like a hot potato to literally 10 seconds of silence before playing somene quite sedate, an unpleasant rollercoaster of dance. I asked for a scotch and the barman poured JD (bourbon), I would have thought at the prices they charge the staff would know their drinks a bit better. On the plus side the decor's alright and the toilets were always stocked with loo roll, which helped as I took several trips there to try to get away from the dire atmosphere. I'm glad we didn't pay the extortionate price for a table, but only slipped the corrupt doorman a wad of cash to ensure entry.

I have never experienced anything like it. Crystal is by far one of the best clubs i have been to. As as sson as you walk down the stairs the pumping beats and the array of lights take over you to create an atmosphere that is second to none. Wednesday and Saturday nights are a must. If you wanna party in style cryssie is the one!!

Our names were on the guestlist so we walked straight in. The music was good, and that i can't fault, but this happy fact was ruined by the fact that there was nowhere proper to dance; think i only managed to dance to a couple of songs at the end of the night. as a single girl on the town i was really disappointed by the male talent - too much hair gel and sunbed abuse for my liking... same applied to most of the girls too. the club's ok if you want a standard 'look how trendy i am' night ... but i'd advise going somewhere else if you're looking for something more individual.

Went wednesday for private party with 5 other friends and we were shocked at how dissorganised this club is. As professional models we have been to most london clubs and here the staff were awful. On the door we were kept waiting, even though our names were clearly visable on the guestlist and there is not a real dance area you have to find somewhere thats not populated by tables. The club needs a serious shake up if it wants to stand out from places like Movida, Boujis, Boutique 60, and needs to find its own niche. Other clients feel the same when chatting outside. It def wasn't worth the £850 we spent each.

I went to this club with Candian friends that i had known for many years. I had arranged a table which I was prepared to pay for through the nose which was not a problem as they were close friends of mine. During the night black people which i did not know started surrounding my table. they went on to help themselves to m drinks. when i protested to what they were doing one of them told me they were a majority share holder of the club. He told me to go stand over by he edge of the table which i completly ignored. I was completly shell shocked when door men started to approach my table. I gave him my parting words and left without paying a dime and without being shamed by being escorted out. If you are a self respecting person i would stay well clear of this place and the ego's that go with it. My Canadian friends were just as shocked as I was.

Had an amazing night on saturday. Definately the best club in the bling stakes. DJ played uplifting house and minimal R&B. The club was rammed and the whole place was rocking. Don't go if you are not going to dance. It will be noticeable in a place like this.

The place has become much more lively then it was at its opening not so long ago. Very "bouncy" with people obviously enjoying themselves, and, it being popular with Arabs, spontaneous and outgoing, and not at all arrogant. Often a club we go to at 2pm when some other place let us down.

I disagree with Coco. The club is amazing. Each and every night they are packed with the best looking crowd in London thanks to one of the worlds most exclusive party promoters being the man behind the club. They dont want a Sloaney Crowd - thats for the Kings Road. They want the jet set, euro set - this is the only club bar Tramp that attracts a Nikki Beach, Caves de roi or Jimmyz crowd in London. ibiza meets St Tropez. Well done to the Directors!

Doormen made us wait outside for 1 hour even though a friend had 3 tables booked. The people in front were waiting for 2hrs. It was a Saturday night and the place was full but its a tables only club, there was no real dance area-only the tabletops. Music left something to be desired. Definitely does not attract the sloaney crowd it seeks to.
