Boy what can I say trust me nothing good I would advise any1 considering going to this "club" to avoid it like it was the black plague , I never new bouncers came with such bad manners, form having my bits grouped as I stepped through the door I always understood that they were there to help (NoT) I was charged a score to get into this sweat box ( I sure that would be a the health and safety matter for someone to look at ?). Not a great crowed I'm sure I saw my little sister in there drinks were way over priced and the music please don't let me start.

Was there on saturday night, cost like £15 to get in!!! Was a 100 degres up in there, and the drinks were expensive. £8.50 for a double JD an coke £4.50 for a single. The one thing that was good was the music, loved every bit of it especially the garage seession!

I could accept the expensive drinks and cheap decor...but certinly not the attitude, it was nothing short of rude and abusive.
There are too many clubs out there nowdays, to be treated with no respect and nade to feel 2nd class (four of us spent £400 in 2 hours!) After all its us who pay their wages!!! Sadly I have to say this was the worst place I've been too for a very long time. They will either have to join the 21st century or will die like the dinosures they are...

went to cougars on staurday night. heard it was a good place, which it is
(musicwise) ONCE you get inside. However the waiting to get inside bit was ridiculus. They made us queue up outside for one hour and kept making the guest list queue change sides 3 times. The drinks are very expensive and believe me the air con system is wacked. But like i said the music was great. treatros is great for rnb on a friday.

Browns used to be a glamorous and highly recommended club years back. After visiting the club one recent Saturday night for a friends birthday I was absolutely stunned by the clubs degradation . When you pay 15 pound to get in and pay on average 8 pound a drink you expect to get something in return, however the service was slow and rude, the DJs found it hard to mix, let alone play any recent tunes and the clientelle now seems to largely consist of groups of young asian lads "following the leader" and thinkin their bad! And where the hell were all the glamorous gals like back in the day. The only thing that aint changed in this place is the red decor and wack air conditioning. Maybe its different other nights, but I would never reccommend a Saturday night even if you are 15 years old and dont mind spending your whole weeks wages. Thers so many better places to go seriously!

Been here a couple of times...the crowd is alrite and the music is bashy. However, they need to do something about the A/C cos boy afta a dance or two i'm feeling like i'm in Africa...and then by the time you stumble to the bar...well be prepared to burn a hole in your bank account! Otherwise its heavy...even better if you got a man to go with but if not...there are nuff money making guys up in there, whether ligit or not

Venue was okay and just that! Nothing special really. But was chocked to see all this KIDS there, like it was Michael Jacksons birthday and R. Kelly singing! What the #%& was the age limit.. 12 years old? Discrimination as females ONLY were treated with "respect". Went for my friends birthday and had to cue up for to long almost catching ammoniak. With this clientele BROWNS is going DOWN!! Not recommended!!

I went to browns last night (saturday) and was very very disapointed. The place was over crowded and full of trashy girls with attitude. I was under the impression that this club was supposed to be exlusive and the standards were high.....obviously not as any old rif raf was allowed in! Whats the age limit again.....14?? I was there for a friends birthday but will DEFINATELY NOT BE GOING TO BROWNS AGAIN. VERY OVER RATED.

I visited Brown's alone one Friday night after being invited by an associate of mine. I quite liked the setting and thought that it could be an initimate place if the oppertunity presented itself. However the crowd was mixed with J-lo wanna B's and i wish i were black syndrome. The musci on the other hand was fantastic apart from Dj's playing the same tune on a different set. that was a bit of a pain especially if you don't like the song. In addition the BOUNCERS AT THE CLUB KEPT TAKING unautherised pictures of me stating that they would be placed on the clubs website. I have not seen it since that night let alone the supposed website. Only one of the bouncers out of the four I had seen in passing flashes of cameras, only one asked for my permission to be photographed. Very shifty ladies be careful out there. I have not been back since. I now embrace clubs such as 10 Rooms, Tokyo joes, Tigger Tigger,Pop and carling academy,Heaven, scala, liquid,Bar Latina, Eros-choice Fm. and many more for my eclectic taste. The bar was so expensive, at least when you ask for drinks in other places that are expensive they give you the correct drink but i received the wrong drink twice and the bar man was very rude when i told him
I wont be going back here i thought it was a waste of money and time i wish i had stayed in on New Years Eve!!! Sorry but its true

okay well as for important people its not time square during a trl screening but the atmosphere is electric and the girls are static (literally they don't move). Considering a shisha is $50 that option is thrown out the window as its double what I would even contemplate paying. And the nattering about exspensive drinks is baffling, most of these reviewees are used to smoking shisha in their kitchen on a saturday night with cheb khaled album playing on loop.. ALL decent clubs have an exspensive bar, you don't go to a pub in london and leave a complaint about the ensuing open door urination policy in the toilet.. its just custom. Overall its a very nice club/bar to chill out at, not particularly student friendly, its the sort of place I will be attending when i'm say 26. If your thinking why, its 'cos i may actually have enough facial hair to actually get in, and lets not forget also 'fit' in. Friendly staff ect, and the music that was repeated was good enough to be repeated so pay no attention to those sort of complaints. Its good a club pays attention to the requests of guests (i.e me persistently asking for reloads).

The highlight of the night was meeting somebody whose second cousin in New York once worked in same studio that Michael Jackson recorded the song 'Human Nature' during the Thriller recording Sessions back in the early 80s. Rumour also had it that Madonna's cleaner was in the building! As the news of these special guests spread around the club the staff were getting very excited that they were still attracting such important people.
